Once you have ordered and paid for your goods we promise to dispatch within 3 working days.

All Family Trees and Blank Charts are rolled up in a secure cardboard mailing tube with plastic end caps.

Blank Charts all other goods are sent by Airmail or 2nd Class Post

All overseas orders are sent by Airmail, delivery to the U.S.A. and Australia normally takes about 10 days.

Rights to Cancellation. The Customer has a right to cancel their order within 7 days of purchase without reason for cancellation. Customers may do so by sending an E-mail to sales@genealogyprinters.com advising us of their wish to cancel the order.

Genealogyprinters.com will make every endeavour to ensure the goods are supplied to the customers satisfaction and will provide photographic samples of the finished item on a website to ensure the goods are supplied to the Customers requirements.

If the customer cancels their order they are entitled to a full refund. The Customer will however be responsible for any postage charges that may apply from the return of goods. We will refund the Customer within 30 days of their cancellation.

Should you have cause for any complaint or if should your goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition they will be replaced after they have been returned to us for examination. The postal costs of any damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer and Genealogy Printers will not refund these return postal charges.
